Welcome, I am Dennis Prichard from Belen, New Mexico.  I create wooden objects in a style called Intarsia. Basically it is cutting different wood species into pieces that are shaped, then fitted together to make a scene or object, as in the example above of a kestrel.  I try not to use paint or stains, but I definitely don't use computers or lasers.  All the work is done with regular woodworking tools.  Most of my objects relate to wildlife, but not exclusively.  Check out my photos to see what I have done in the past few years.  Click on any photo to enlarge it.

I am presently showing/selling my works at: Bosque del Apache NWR, Blue Portal Albuquerque, Guadalupe Mtns. NP, TX, Carlsbad Caverns NP, New Mexico, and Valencia Animal Clinic, Belen, NM.

If you want to contact me for commissions, or for a price list, please do so at
dpworksinwood@gmail.com.
Thanks for looking.
